Overall Event Rules

Welcome to the rules page for all events hosted by the r/ClashOfClans Event Team. Participants are required to read and adhere to these guidelines to ensure fair play and integrity in our competitions.

Terms of Services & User Agreement

By signing up and participating, you are agreeing to the following Terms of Services & User Agreement:

Behavior

• Exhibit good sportsmanship and fair play at all times.

• Avoid using language that is obscene, abusive, hateful, insulting, threatening, racist, or otherwise offensive.

• Follow instructions from Event Coordinators at all times.

Cheating

Cheating will not be tolerated. Examples include:

• DDoS-ing: Limiting or attempting to limit another participant's connection to the game.

• Match Fixing: Intentionally altering the results of a match (Tournaments).

• Software or Hardware: Using any tools to gain benefits not available in-game, such as unapproved apps, private servers, or scripted attacks.

Violators will be immediately disqualified and banned from all events.

Server Name

• Change your server name to match the in-game name of the participating account.

• Event Coordinators may forbid unwanted names or symbols.

Account Participation

• Use only your own accounts; do not participate with foreign accounts or encourage others to do so.

• Do not change accounts or names once participation has started without special permission.

• You are allowed to participate with only one account of your choosing for each event.

Power Potions & Hero Potions

These are allowed in every single event.

Event Coordinators

• Event Coordinators hold final judgment.

• They may disqualify any participant or deny participation for any reason.

Technical Issues

• Players are responsible for their technical issues, including hardware, software, and internet problems.

• Matches will not be rescheduled for these issues.

Devices

• All players must play on a mobile device (smartphone or tablet) OR on a PC through Google Play Games.

• Emulators or unauthorized devices are banned, and violators will face a permanent ban.

Remember, these rules are in place to create a fair and enjoyable environment for everyone. Failure to comply with these rules can lead to disqualification or a ban from future events.
